Lightweight and immensely fast, the 2XU PROPEL wetsuit uses foam panels incorporated into the chest area that combine with the Nano SCS coating to provide four percent more buoyancy.

Details of the 2XU Propel P:1 wetsuit

The seamless shoulder and arm inserts made of a millimeter-thin 40-cell neoprene promise extreme flexibility. Additional stretch chest inserts made of very thin neoprene provide unrestricted freedom of movement in the arm-chest-shoulder area. In addition, the wetsuit has hydrodynamic guide grooves that provide straightness and stability in the water to increase speed, and “Concave Water Entrapment Zones” on the forearm for more water displacement. “High Ellbow Lift Panels” support arm movement. The side integrated “Rollbar” guarantees an optimal body position and the stretchable stretch lining offers unrestricted mobility.

– The most buoyant neoprene available, with thicknesses from 1 mm to 5 mm (maximum 5 mm allowed).

– Applied as a layer on the surface of the neoprene, creating a unique material. The micelle structure on the rubber surface repels water when it comes into contact with air and reduces surface resistance when it comes into contact with water. Low resistance allows for faster speed through the water. As a result, SCS provides comfort, added freedom of movement, keeps the body warmer and reduces body fatigue while providing durability and abrasion resistance.
