Details
This new Predator is ideal for swimmers looking for the perfect balance between buoyancy and flexibility. Designed for the total swimmer, it achieves maximum efficiency through buoyancy in the legs and flexibility in the upper body. By lifting the hips, the entire body is properly positioned and the lowest possible hydrodynamic resistance is achieved. The most advanced technology for greater performance.
YAMAMOTO
Yamamoto is the leading manufacturer of high performance neoprene used in the sport of triathlon. Yamamoto stands for quality, technology and innovation.
0.88 FREE
0.88 Free is a new material developed and used exclusively by Orca. The secret is a 5-layer construction with a patented Titanium surface coating, for a lightweight material is thus achieved for the first time a perfect insulation. As a result you feel nothing – swim like without a wetsuit, but warm and with the fastest surface currently available. 0.88 Free is the ultimate weapon for fast swim times.
CORE LATERAL STABILISER (CLS) WITH EXO-CELL
CLS is a fabric made of Exo-cell, which helps to increase lateral stabilization on the lower body and strengthen the core area, preventing snaking. Thanks to this technology, the swimmer manages to maintain his sophisticated technique longer by lifting the lower body through 5 mm thick side panels of exo-cell, which results in 25% more buoyancy compared to Aerodome technology.
44 CELL
This material, developed by Yamamoto exclusively for Orca, is the most elastic neoprene with a thickness of 1.5 mm. This extremely flexible material allows the use of smaller zippers than other wetsuits on the market. In this way, Orca achieves a reduction in friction and an increase in the waterproofness of the suit.
HYDROLITE
HydroLite panels contribute to faster stripping of the neoprene for even faster transitions. This technology, together with SCS technology, allows better glide in the water without the neoprene soaking it up, decisively improving hydrodynamics.
NANO ICE
This innovative technology, used exclusively on Orca, offers a low coefficient of friction and guarantees optimal hydrodynamics.
INFINITY SKIN
The Infinity Skin lining gives a feeling of absolute freedom. The lining is made of a highly elastic nylon base with bamboo viscose fibers, resulting in a particularly high elasticity of the neoprene with each stroke of the arm. The fabric maintains body temperature longer and avoids both unpleasant body odor and the formation of bacteria in the neoprene. In addition, it is made of natural, sustainable materials that simultaneously avoid skin irritation and protect the environment.
AERODOME 2
This new technology is applied to the lower body and results in 30% more buoyancy during swimming. Its secret is its composition: hundreds of small cavities between two suitably treated layers of neoprene. Unlike the Exo-lift, the bottom layer here is made of a high-quality lining that gives the neoprene more elasticity. Orca uses this material in the areas of higher body weight to provide an optimal elevated posture
Designed for TOTAL SWIMMER
The athlete of the “Total Swimmer” type makes only a few technical mistakes in footwork, which are compensated for by even a small increase in buoyancy, raising the legs to a horizontal position. At the same time, the absence of deficiencies in the upper body means that flexibility here must be at a maximum so as not to compromise arm technique.
