- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unworn, unwashed with original tags
- Non-Returnable Items: Competition Swimsuits (hygiene reasons), Neoprene Clothing (special order items)
- Refund Method: Original payment method (7-10 business days)

Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our Athlete-Support Team within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer exchange or refund
Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization
Within 24 business hours, we’ll email:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return label (for defective items)
- Instructions for standard returns
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
For standard returns:
- Securely package items in original packaging
- Include the packing slip
- Affix the provided return label
- Ship via your preferred carrier (we recommend tracking)
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received at our facility:
- Inspection: 1-2 business days
- Refund/Exchange processing: 1 business day
- Refund appears in 7-10 business days (original payment method)
Exchange Policy – Get the Perfect Fit
For size exchanges:
- No additional shipping charges for first exchange
- Expedited processing for competitive swimmers
- International customers: We’ll cover return shipping for defective items
Special Considerations
Non-Returnable Items: For athlete safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:
- Competition Swimsuits (final sale)
- Custom Neoprene Clothing
- Personalized items
Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective gear:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll provide expedited replacement
International Athletes Note
For our global team members outside the US:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs forms must be marked “Returned Goods” to avoid fees
- Refunds processed in USD; exchange rates may vary
