We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders
  • Includes full tracking

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Basic tracking included

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers should note:

  • Customs fees, taxes, or duties are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs processing

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return)

Non-Returnable Items

For athlete safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Competition Swimsuits (all styles – final sale)
  • Custom Neoprene Clothing
  • Personalized items

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

For standard returns:

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return at our facility:

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days
  • Refund/Exchange processing: 1 business day after inspection
  • Refund appears in your account within 7-10 business days (original payment method)

  • No additional shipping charges for first size exchange
  • Expedited processing available for competitive swimmers with upcoming events
  • International customers: We cover return shipping for defective items

Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective gear:

International Returns

For our global customers outside the US:
